Pop-ups, sampling tours and immersive set builds designed for the way real shoppers move through a mall on a Saturday afternoon. We trade gimmicks for tactile moments worth the queue.

Immersive brand activation set

What is included

We treat activations as small businesses with a short shelf life. They need to be findable, friction-free for first-time guests, and good enough that an unpaid stranger wants to share them. Everything else is decoration.

  • Insight session with your brand team — what the activation needs to land for the wider campaign.
  • Set, signage and material design — typically two passes before fabrication begins.
  • Venue brokering across malls, lifestyle retail and outdoor sites including KLCC, Sunway Pyramid, IOI City and Pavilion.
  • Fabrication, install, dismantle and crew rostering for the activation window.
  • Brand ambassador casting, training and on-site captain. Daily attendance reports.
  • Photo and short-form video coverage suited for the brand's content calendar.

How we measure success

Number of interactions logged, average dwell time, sample uptake or sign-up conversion, and the proportion of guests who voluntarily shared the activation on social channels. We set targets with the brand before fabrication starts so the report at the end is a conversation, not a defence.

Three formats we produce often

  • Standalone pop-up — three to seven days, single high-traffic site, paid or self-funded.
  • Sampling tour — three to six cities over four to eight weeks with a consistent set kit.
  • Immersive flagship — eight to thirty days, anchor mall, scripted guest journey with photo touchpoints.

What we expect from clients

A clear product or campaign moment to anchor on. Permission to push back on copy that lands well on a deck but flat in a queue. And an honest brand health view — activations punch hardest when the brand has stories to tell, not when they are propping up a launch with weak fundamentals.
