These terms govern your use of the linktura.bond website and any informal interactions with our studio (email enquiries, phone calls, exploratory meetings). They do not govern paid client engagements — those are covered by the project-specific Engagement Letter we issue before work begins, which takes precedence over these site terms.
2. The site is provided as-is
We work to keep this site accurate, current and accessible. We make no warranty that it will be free of errors or that it will be available without interruption. Linktura Stage Events Sdn Bhd is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information published here, save where such liability cannot be excluded under Malaysian law.
3. Intellectual property
All written content, photographs, graphics and design elements on this site are owned by Linktura Stage Events Sdn Bhd or used under licence. You are welcome to read, share and quote with attribution. You may not reproduce substantial sections without prior written consent. Client logos and testimonials are published with permission and remain the property of their respective owners.
4. Enquiries through the website
By submitting an enquiry through our contact form you agree that:
- The information you provide is your own to share or that you have authority to share it.
- You consent to us using your information to respond to your enquiry, as described in our privacy policy.
- You understand that submitting an enquiry does not create a contractual relationship — a contract only comes into being once we have issued, and you have accepted, an Engagement Letter.
