What is included

Every corporate event we produce begins with a one-page event thesis — the single business outcome we are designing toward. Every later decision, from seating plan to script timing, is measured against it.

  • Senior producer assigned from day one, on the floor on event day.
  • Concept board, narrative arc and a draft run sheet within ten working days of brief.
  • Procurement of venue, catering, AV, set, florals, talent and photography.
  • Rehearsals — one full technical run, one walk-through with hosting team.
  • Day-of stage management, technical redundancy and crew briefings.
  • Post-event debrief deck within seven working days, including vendor scoring.

Typical audience and venue shape

We are comfortable producing for 200–1,200 guests across hotel ballrooms (Mandarin Oriental, Shangri-La, St Regis), convention centres (KLCC, MITEC, SCCC) and bespoke venues (Sungai Wang heritage shop houses, KLPAC, private estates). For audiences under 150 we tend to refer to a smaller partner studio so the work matches the room.

How we shape the night

Most corporate evenings die in the gap between speeches three and four. We design the agenda to avoid that gap — interleaving formal moments with hospitality choreography, deliberate pauses, and curated guest movement so the room never goes still for the wrong reasons. The script is written in plain language so even a chairman seeing it for the first time can deliver it without rehearsal.

What we expect from clients

One internal decision-maker we can speak to weekly. Honest answers on budget headroom — we will not redesign late because of a number that was not real on day one. And a willingness to push back on us when something feels off. The best corporate evenings are partnerships, not transactions.
